/vt/ - Virtual Youtubers

I'm considering putting in an application for EIEN!
I haven't see a lot of content from this corporation and would like to do more research before I send in a form though.
What would you say at the biggest upsides, and what are the downsides? What kind of people do you think they're looking for to flesh their roster out? I heard their talents can be pretty coomer, but are they really (to the extent of vshojo or nijien?)? They don't seem like it from what little I have watched.
Does EIEN have any long-term goals in the future as a company?
Also, are there any streams you would say are 'required reading'?
