It's obvious they are drawn by the same artist because they are drawn by the same artist duh. But you're backpedaling now. The argument was, does Kronii look like Nero or a Saberface? I say no. Here is a more recent example of Wada's style taken from the Noble Phantasm Edition of Fate Extella (Shit game btw, even by Musou standards). But hey it came with cool extras designed and illustrated by Wada like this artbook and these cards.

My point is, in the beginning Nero didn't even look like a Saberface simply because Wada's style was too rough in 2011. As Wada's style has gotten better, you can see it more, but its still definitely Wada. Kronii doesn't look like Nero, even Nero who supposedly is a Saberface and has the Saberface trait in FGO, looks different from how Wada draws Saber, which I'll post in a moment.
