Usually for Miko's longer streams that I can't reasonably dedicate that much time to I either let them run in the background, or watch it like a psuedo-clip where I jump to specific points I want to see how she reacted to.
If there is anything I always try to watch it is her Friday watchalongs because those are always a blast with her. They are in fact so fun I wish Pekora did something similar.

I can't blame you since I also thought the individual threads were going to be the worst idea possible but somehow it turned out fine.
It has to be the sweet spot of not being too fast, or too slow, as well as being on a board that also isn't too fast meaning there is less incentive to post a bunch of meaningless spam to bump the thread.
But best of all is probably that this thread can actually die for hours at a time during inactivity so there is usually little off-topic stuff.
Of course I'm meta-posting now so I'm to blame but still.
