It's not kek, I'd say do the first maybe 5-6 missions and then you will find one that works well for you. My personal go-to was the Breaching the Dam mission, which is mission 5 I think, can be done pretty fast.

I'm an MnK user too and it's perfectly usable. It's the first time an AC game is playable with it, and IMO also the first time a Fromsoft game feels good to play with it, so I think it's almost a shame not to use it.
