I agree with most of those points except:

We could have a model rotation for this player (bea,koopa,kiki,risu,etc).
On the other hand, I think Pippa is good to have, since Phase Connect is inclining quite greatly lately, and just had their anniversary. And it's the rare small corpo rep.
Bea is in an retirement limbo so I wouldnt mind taking her away for now. So I'd have the SHE'S HERE rotating player replacing bea, and a PC rep (pippa or lumi the most notable ones for divegrass purposes) for the yabbit slot.

Either one are fine. Don't get influenced by the dramafags, drama=board notoriety, her actual numbers are fine and /nijiEN/ loves pomu regardless, specially the oldfag population.Selen would be fine too though.
