It wouldn't cull the zero effort coomer requests because they're zero effort coomers. Any effort above the minimum is too much. I think a lot of them just come here and there, ask for their fetish and leave. Plus how do we force them to prompt anyways?

I think the idea is that requestors they contribute ideas for us to make stuff with. The problem is that a lot of requests aren't as good as the olden days. So I wouldn't want to do away with requests, rather I want better requests that actually inspire me!
