sleep + diet + exercise are the most important fundamentals to fix if you want better health (both physical and mental) and she's not doing any of it. you can't just go to therapy and maybe get a new medication and expect that to solve anything. what this means is that she's likely just waiting (and hoping) for the cycle to end rather than doing any changes.
