/wg/ I have a question. Specifically, an ESL specific question so I hope there are others that can help me here.
How do you deal with grammar and improve? Like actually improving grammar without making silly mistakes, is there a good drill, software, training I can do? I can construct sentences like an average SEA and my vocabulary is "ok" enough to write up interesting short stories. But sometimes when I went too deep into the plot, I am simply unconscious about grammar and all the tenses, adjectives go out the window.
The only story I ever wrote was Mumei's Wheelchair Audition Greentext that most people recognized, but I cringed on how many mistakes I made on that piece whenever people repost it. I mostly write research papers, but I have grammarly subscription for those. Should I just let AI take over and correct my mistakes?
