And, as to how they were already doing it: the fact that Elira muscled their way in for all the merch sales, all the sponsorships, all those things? While we can easily see it if we go dig it up, for the accounting stuff they won’t really see anything wrong. They just see this is how much we spent, how much we made.

They never balanced the situation for EN’s folks, probably because this got so blatantly bad may be part of why Pomu left. Or she may have bailed because as stated, they mage have moved to “we need to actually destroy the EN branch” which would also be the death of any hope of improving it.

I’ll also be honest, I think we may have seen the last of the Doki and Niji beef with that Riku announcement, at least for what really matters. We’ll instead see some really weird, stupid, and self destructive behavior from a lot of the talents as some scramble to do what they can, maybe pulling any blackmail or favors they got left to do what they must, and so on so forth. For them they know the job is over, it’s now become an issue of getting out before the legal or business side hits them and they lose their future if there is anything to uncover.

Also side bit, probably Doki recognizes that while it’s gotta come down, it’s gonna inevitably shutter the branch and screw the rest of the innocent talents there, and perhaps even some not so innocent but she rather they get away with it. Probably is why she is so adamant on not taking this to harassing and has been so heavy on keeping it legal only/trying to drop it past the minimum said/done, unfortunately the problem’s gotten too big to ignore so the best she can do is try to magnify the problem on the actual issues. They could’ve gotten away with it probably had they just not blown up her situation so bad, but too late now.

Person rrat of >>/vt/thread/69087560 but I think it's because the EN management clique wants this to be the case. They're panicing to get the branch shuttered before that investigation Riku mentioned hits them, or before Doki spills the receipts. The best way they do that, is make it look like Doki vs Niji for bad blood between them and that "Everything is Niji's fault we're innocent!" card after that. They're trying to repeat ID and KR branch's closure, escape to JP branch or move on without them looking too deep into what caused this mess. The public opinion and hate is part of that ploy.

TLDR: Assuming the gurrat is true, it's because EN Management desperately wants and needs to become so hated they get closed without a second thought. They’re hated because they want it to be that way. If the clique gets found out they’re dead.

I've been posting this theory on threads and they keep getting nuked by the janitors soon after. Summing it up though:

>Elira & Management Clique probably knows they can't afford JP to see their crimes.
>Does everything they can to supress it, hence the Zaion termination and so on.
>Doki survives sudoku, they switch gears knowing they must now burn EN to the ground before it's too late.
>Pomu gives up saving EN now that their goal is literally destroy it.
>There is a queue to leave for the single actual reason that they don't want JP to get suspicious. Any other reason is an excuse
>Beating down Doki and fanning flames of anti-Niji to try and get them to shutter EN branch before investigation happens, hoping for KR/ID route.
>Doki speaks out, Doki has reciepts, Doki's contacting the JP lawyers
>Oh fuck oh shit
>Intercept the news with excuse of management, probably to "get english lawyers involved".
>Use the news themselves to quickly hash together the callout
>Riku makes his own announcement of investigation not 4 hours later.
>OH FUCK OH SHIT-
>4Chan figures out the gurrat.
>We are here now

The "anti-niji" sentiment was actually intentional. We've dug too deep, found the real threat and now they are absolutely in full damage control.

Their true losing situation is something like Doki revealing to JP just how fucked EN's situation is, the moment they realize they'll probably settle the dispute insanely fast and move on. Their attempts at red taping have failed, and now they need to buy as much time and bad reputation as they can because the clock has officially started counting down with Riku's announcement. They need someone at JP to try and make the call to shutter EN so they can at least salvage their careers elsewhere, if whatever it is gets out they are beyond done.

They want to sink the yacht, with no survivors. Because dead idols tell no tales.

In reflecting on the GURRAT I think I've come to the final fear they truely have over all of this, the core fear they have. From the top, Doki and Niji both probably have "Get this out of our lives" as their desired conditions, given how Doki tries to short-comment or reacts more than anything to this mess, and how there's no real reason Niji would want this drama to continue.

The only one who will lose if this goes on any more, is NijiEN. They probably started to panic and get the idea to torch the office the moment they heard Selen attempted sudoku. And seeing them completely go torch the EN branch, Pomu gave up trying to fix it as the management clearly wants it dead now. They drama'd up Doki's situation and have been roadblocking it to both build bad relations with Niji, and to keep her from tattling on them. This is why they'd go so far as to make a public defamation claim on their end.

And then Riku announced their part, the jig was up, they are going to be looked at. At this point, all bets are off, they need to flip the table and get the entire branch axed before an investigation can be dropped, or the other end that Niji can pull: Niji gives the go-ahead for staff/talents to break NDA about this. The moment Niji greenlights this, or looks to find something fishy, they are absolutely doomed. So, what do you do when you stand to lose more than just your job if word gets out, if anyone is able to speak on it, if the moment the company allows it the abusers and the abused will become vividly clear?

Sink the Yacht, with no survivors. The flaming and more was all part of the plan, what they are most afraid of is that NijiEN won't burn down before they get out. Dragging Doki down out of spite might be part of it, but at this point I think it'll become second priority to this. We've reached the endgame, unfortunately the ball's now in Niji JP's court.
