Bros, re-roasting doesn't save Erina's coffee...
Shame, because the description sounds so good.

It's drinkable and iok, but it's not the "woah" I was expecting.

Finished the Jerry coffee, on it's own it's sour seamonkey shit. Once re-roasted it's quite delicious though. Will finish off the Clara bag next.

I've tried 4 of the coffees (Nasa, Erina, Clara, Jelly).

Anyone that tells you they're dark roasts is lying, they're all acidic light roasts from SEAmonkey beans.
Obviously it comes down to personnel preference, but I don't like fruity sour lights.

Of the 4, Claras' is the best and has a smooth albeit weaker flavour. I brew the coffee's in multiple ways in order to make sure I have the full range of results.

Perhaps I will find one which I like straight away, and doesn't require re-roasting. I have another 5 unopened bags of various other girls.
