vtubing is just another way women can signal their breedability when things get difficult. Notice how some vtubers start out normal and post 0 irl stuff because they want to stick to what a vtuber traditionally is, being 100% virtual and 0% flesh. This is until they start getting horny and start spontaneously posting images of themselves out of the blue. If a fan were to ask what kind of clothes she wore irl 6+ months ago there would have been little chance of her posting herself. It can be as small as posting their tiny femanon hands, to what Uruka is doing, but if there is an excuse to do (fans asked X) so they will. Why? Because a most if not all chuubas start out with little to no self esteem and appreciation towards themselves so they use a model as a vehicle to obtain it. Inevitably they will want to claim the appreciation and validation in the form of flesh (Pippa 100k feet reveal, Panko's hand, arm and almost drunk flesh reveal, not to mention feet as well, Rie's hands, Uruka's very being) and this chance increases the more stressed or menhera they become over time.
