It's not defending management to say that Fauna's issue was Fauna specific.
The kind of problem she had might not even be a problem for most other holos.

I know this isn't exclusive to FuwaMoco, but I always feel a bit uneasy about how "we" as a fan base interact with them in chat and in VOD comments and twitter replies.

What I mean is that there's some strange aura to it. I might be too ESL to explain, but I mean this vibe where it feels like 95% of people write the same things and always respond the same way because it's all calculated to be as non-abrasive as possible. No matter what they say, it never feels like people can just talk to them like they would with a normal friend or colleague. It's always a bit artificial and with some "will they like this response? will they be okay with it? will I stand out and draw the ire of other ruffians?" to it.
Anyone know what I mean?
