I mean, kinda. They both have the energy of the two younger siblings, but I think Kuro feels a bit older than Henya, but it's more due to the disconnection they have to a lot of media and experience they didn't grew on. I think where Henya shines is also is that she's not a terrible gamer, and it's actually skilled but she's still a bit stupid. Kuro is somehow less skillful than her.

I don't why, but I really digged when they were on the VRC.
