I like Starcraft quite a lot, and InControl was one of my favorite commentators, second only to Tastosis. The guy succumbed to pulmonary embolism caused by deep vein thrombosis, faded away over like a week. I've been there for his last stream, he wasn't feeling well but kept playing his favorite game. He finished the stream saying "Let's play again soon, I'll be around the whole weekend" and died the next day.
