Well if you want a little reference material: Me and my best friend would go to each other's house every weekend. His house had the playstation, his two dogs, his computer with a couple of strategy games we'd hotseat, and his awesome collection of toys. We'd always build up a world and two factions fighting. I always wanted to good guys to win, but he always made the bad guys win... It was a mix of toys, Fist Full of Aliens, army men, cow boys, lego ninjas and pirates... It was so much fun =w=

When we'd be at my place we had my N64, and my dad got me a computer for really good grades, but he also had his home computer (he was always at the office or overseas), and the apartments swimming pool! We'd usally play n64 and also we'd end up playing half life mp and stuff together with the two PCs.

For me it's a few things I think I really love about it. I love seeing how people lived at different times, with different cultures, religions, knowledge, hardships and joys. I love seeing how much history rhymes, and how many great things have faded, but humanity has risen against it time and time again. I love learning about all the aspects, like architecture, diets, music, trade, war, etc. It's fun and is really good for setting writing, which is important for what I want to do with my friends =w= I love how sometimes history is stranger or funnier than fiction. It also makes you realize there's never a true end, not in your lifetime, and you can lead an amazing life if you want it and push for it, even if it's tiring.
