I don't fully understand how accelerate works...other than it's some kind of runtime optimization for Python scripts, and that you need WSL to use it on Windows. It'll multi-thread stuff in it on the fly, and that's really all I know for sure about how it runs. But when I launch webui now, I don't run one of the launch scripts directly, but "python accelerate [some options] launch.py"
