chatspeeds are up now. While Kaela was capped at the max 600-800chats the whole time, weirdly ROFMAO is much, much lower for their own 3D. They got the speed of a 20-30k ccv stream.
But you may argue, well, rofmao was not a 3D debut - but the sora i added on the bottom wasn't either, and yet shes still capped, despite the lower ccv.
