You need items to increase her damage which will also boost the effectiveness of horns. Also glasses are pretty useless on s2h with halu 5. I focus on dodging everything then triggering AT field to rush bosses with her special attack so I went with idol costume instead of piman.
The stamps I go with are Akukin, Haste, and Usaken for general wave clearing. For Nodoka I usually swap out Usaken for Weaken though I haven't tested out yet whether it's actually worth it or not to swap.

Shaved off 24 seconds under almost the same conditions as last time. Got usaken stamp first, akukin around the 13min mark but got haste up shortly after instead of around 19mins in.
