It isn't. It only looks like that on the surface because actually holding vtubers to account on any other platform is unacceptable. Point out how lazy EN is on any other site and you'll get a flood of cucks calling you "entitled" and downvoting you. In reality EN has been bleeding viewership all through 2022. Look at this, EN was actually neck and neck with JP in terms of viewership all through 2021 but have fallen off a cliff in 2022. People are leaving and EN as a branch is dying. It's happening, slowly but surely.

Reminder that HoloJP is reaching ALL TIME HIGHS while HoloEN craters. It's a good time to be a JPchad as JP enters the aether where only the divine are allowed to tread and all other vtubers must stand on the Earth and gaze in envy.

All evidence shows the opposite has happened. The homos and EN viewership has dropped off a fucking cliff at the same time JP is hitting all time highs

WELL, to make sure to freeze this moment in time before the debut of the new StarsEN gen, here is the

Here are some comments
1) HoloJP is still living in their very own universe and their median is close to their ALL TIME HIGH, and nearing 13k again. That's just absurd
2) HoloEN signaled a timid reaction after hitting their all time low in November 19th, but that seems to have been short lived because they're back again under 6k
3) NijiJP, with their December company wide events BLASTED back up in over 4.5k.
Let's see if they can keep a good incline or if they'll return to their mean like on summer
4) VSPO is down from their all time high and on a holding pattern under the 3k line
5) NijiEN, like HoloJP, signaled a small reaction from their end of November slump but is back on a dowward path towards 2.5k
6) HoloID is back on an incline path but down to half their highest point mid August
7) StarsEN broke away from their downward spiral but their median is still below 2k

All in all: HoloJP and NijiJP are on a steep incline, VSPO is stagnated and the EN branches are attempting a recovery from a low point
