I see 3 explanations.
1. She was told to RT before the stream without knowing the contents and didnt think much of it.
2. A manager did it for her.
3. She knew the details but was told she had to do it and complied.

Personally I think 2 is the most likely explanation, the account has been completely dormant since the 3 page statement dropped, it doesn't really make a lot of sense to log in just to do that and not RT any other statement before it.
