They literally have nothing else. No talent, no wit or funny commentary, no artistic abilities. The generic schizo brain is so detached from actual reality that it got unironically deformed into a shape that will subsist on any sort of attention, even if it's negative. If you see someone complaining about them and namedropping them it's 100% safe to assume it's themselves.
Be the smarter person and do not engage at all. If you fail to understand this very basic notion then you are part of the problem and the reason /wvt/ stays the way it is.
