I also have a suggestion which might be a bit too ambitious but please hear me out:

Naming a wing/part of an animal shelter after her e.g. the Amelia Watson cattery or aviary. and we all can donate some toys to the little guys in her name along with custom "merchandise". I know she's more of a dog person but I'm sure more people will be on board with helping other animals as since kitten season is upon us all the shelters will need help with accommodation and toys.
Birds especially are an afterthought for most people despite being extremely intelligent and having needs such as toys and space to fly around.
other animal species are also available!
an added bonus will be all the pictures of the animals using the gifts hopefully with her "merch" for extra cuteness
