I've grown up with severe autism. The sort that I thought the way of making friends was acting out in class and outright harassing people, even extending to sexual harassment. I'm still largely unable to grow out of my child like habits and routines even 12 years later and the only reason I'm not homeless or on disability is the generosity of the people I know.

I'm also stubborn in that way where I tear myself up emotionally and struggle to try preforming on the level of my friends and peers to behave like an ordinary citizen when I could just call it quits (in more way than one) so to say. It's a constant struggle. So when I log into Twitter and want to see what's going on with my favorite entertainers and I hear them say retarded, it's really fucking funny and I don't give a shit because I try operating like a normal person.
