Its a noble goal but peoople set in their ways rarely change, if they look at vtubers and instantly think "that's stupid and lame as fuck", they will carry that mentality forever, nothing they could ever produce will ever convince them, people always cling to their biases.
The drop in viewership isn't just a NijiEN thing, its dropped everywhere, and if you look at metrics you'll notice how the bulk of fans are SEA or chinese, this is due to the western market being fickle as fuck, for awhile Luxiem was the new thing, same with Myth back in 2020, but people moved on to the next shiny toy.

I'd say its best to focus on what you, the people still left are your true fans, the ones that will be around till you inevitably graduate, focus on making them happy.
