I actually don't know what to recommend. I liked all his streams, but he has obvious flaws he's still working through and there's none that really stand out to me. If I knew what you were looking for, I'd have better recommendations.
Getting Over It if you want to hear him slowly lose his mind. He's not bad at the game for a first-timer (cleared in four hours) and he doesn't get upset at the game much, but his reactions are still pretty funny, especially near the end when he's genuinely frustrated.
Either Titanfall 2 (Part 2) or Superhot if you want to see FPS gameplay. The second part of Titanfall 2 has some of the more interesting level designs and is just a pleasure to watch someone play, while Superhot has better commentary and he ends up playing the challenge modes at the end.
Alternatively, you could just watch his recent zatsudan to listen to him talk about sushi for an hour.

Also, guy's really bad at giving specific answers to anything asking about favorites and always lists off a bunch of different things.

I had a great time watching Sonny's Superliminal stream today, and I hope the rest of you did too! I've watched other livers play this game before so the puzzles weren't really a surprise to me, but it was still fun watching him solve some of the puzzles with ease and get stuck on others. His autistic little interlude where he kept spamming clicks to duplicate doors and even reset the level just to do it again really reminded me of just how fun games like this can be. It really was a comfy stream.
I got the impression that he was getting tired by the end and couldn't really keep up commentary on the game, but I'm glad he managed to finish the game in one sitting. I don't think we'll ever know how much of him tearing up at the ending is real or fake persona, but I hope he ends up feeling comfortable enough to be himself on stream, whatever that might actually be. Watching these streams is an adventure in the many faces of Sonny Brisko, and I've liked all of them.
