The same could be said for Cover. If Rushia was planning to graduate, then wouldn't it be in their best interest to have her blacklisted from the competition?
Also notice how the statement says "publishing falsehoods to various related parties". How do we really know they're false? Nobody knows what they are. Korekore mentioned getting management logs. Is Cover claiming those are false too?
There's so many unknowns that I can't in good conscience say that Cover is off the hook.
