Tried a gen in SDXL and then IMG2IMG on 1.5.
You do kinda get the best of both worlds this way, the much better prompt adherence from XL (and its ability to set up small details quite well) and the "not looking like shit" from 1.5.
Shame it's a pain in the ass to do, I could see this being viable eventually if it becomes quicker.
