She was fired because she offended Kyo in a collab and he went crying to Enna about it.
Actual series of events:

>Kyo cries to Enna about it
>Kyo takes a short vacation while Zaion is suspended
>Badmouths her on twitter
>Enna takes a short break the day that Zaion's termination is announced
>The announcement is scheduled the same day as Pomu's outfit reveal, who Enna hates.
