"stock indices" are just collections of stocks that are meant to represent something - usually an entire market - e.g. the S&P 500 is literally just Standard & Poor's list of 500 beeg stonks. there are indices that represent the entirety of NASDAQ or the NYSE, the "Dow" is another common index, Vanguard has funds that are akin to indices, etc.
the one on NASFAQ is named "Y&G 62" - clearly an S&P 500 pun, except it represents all of the coins instead of a subset. bear in mind that since it's Day 1, the market cap and # of shares both show 0% change
