Cooking dinner. It's mincemeat with tomato puree, Mexican spice mix, garlic, and a little brown sugar, slightly reduced and left to seethe in the pan concentrating the flavor and sauce. Seasoned with superior white pepper and pink salt. With buttery mashed potato, carrots, and zucchini on the side. It was a bit of a mess made with stuff I had lying around the kitchen (fridge almost empty need to shop). but think it turned out ok. nod great, but nod bad ether.
Would you try it? it tastes better than it looks I promise
