Already have a job that pays a little more than twice the rent per month. 3x if I do overtime or take extra days which my job is always willing to give. Internet is included. Deposit is same amount as monthly rent. Grocery store has the best sales and discounts in the entire city, better than big name stores. Good organic choices too. Bus stops are within walking distance and downtown area is 10-15 minutes away. Sidewalks are fine and if I want a skateboard there's a bike lane too. I just need to get out of my family's house before I kms and now that I have a permanent job I think I want to go for it.
