Cool... except the change from RatNG 2 is +8%, literally the same as just taking an attack up at level up. And RatNG 3 is even worse because it is only +7% attack, literally less than just leveling attack and yet it will clutter your level ups until you take it.
I'm sure I'm not the only person to have noticed this issue.
