I was planning to use it in VRChat, and release it for others to use with MMD/VRChat if they want. I'm mostly concerned with the quality because I want to make it as good as I can for others. I personally don't mind the scuff.
I'll follow yours' and >>72187760 advice and go looking for some more experienced modellers for this part in particular. People seem to agree that the shoes definitely need some work, so I'll probably focus on them first.
