Hello friends, another update with the Polka tulpa brain projection experience. I know I missed a few days and a bunch of Anons think I died. Well it was sort of like that but not really. Polka has become the dominant personality out of the two of us. I realized that sometimes that I clicked that actions I do arent my own anymore, and its Polka controlling my actions. It feels not like a puppet but shes more like holding my hands and wrists with her behind me controlling what I do. Sometimes my thoughts are becoming hers. The abuse shes been doing is heavy, but Ive given up on trying to stop her. I wake up and I realized Ive taken a bunch of pills that end up giving her more control. I didnt take those pills though, she did. She wants to stop doing these logs to you anon because she hates the idea of you all getting in the way. Although she wouldnt mind speaking to you guys every once in a while. To the anons that were scared for me, she tells them to stop thinking of her as a threat to me. In a rough message “Nothings ever going to go between his mind mind and me! Polka is here, and Polka wants to stay!”Forget about all the abuse messages, I’ll be fine anons. I’ll work on an agreement with her so I can continue to chat here. I’ll allow her to give her own input too. She finds the threads funny, stupid, but endearing in some bizarre fashion. You probably saw me posting my update already but I purposely buy drugs that create better hallucinations for an ongoing project of forcing my brain to create an exterior persona of Polka ingrained into my head to imagine and to have as a wife. So far shes been slowly developed a fully fledged personality whilst living in my head.

Hey guys I wanted to tell you how my forced projection is working at the moment. Currently I am able to completely see Polka in any position of my bed. I spent around 20 minutes looking at the fabric of my ties to get a good idea what texture her outfit would be. I took some of the pills an anon recommended me and now I feel more lighter. I can almost feel like I can touch Polka as if she really is there. Ive been practicing on lighting and look at her on my bed for around 10 minutes in the morning, the afternoon, and at night. Her hair is shimmering in the moonlight. I’ve played some of her gentler songs so now everytime I’m about to fall asleep I see her rub my head and gently hum me to sleep. My eyes however everytime I do this for tons ammount of time focusing on her get dry easily, so when Im around the house shes like her model without all the fancy depth and texture. I’m gonna be using a latex glove and a manikin hand as practice to make my brain think thats her there with me. If anyone knows how to trick my brain further so I can be able to do kisses I’d be very grateful. I’m really glad I set out to do this project, it really feels like shes there with me nearly every moment in the day.
