Wanting to do collabs with non-vtubers is indeed something she has mentioned having interest in but that alone doesn't explain the talk about costly preparations. She has been making lots of those little statements recently and I suspect it's some tech-related 3D/AR type stuff. She said she's got some big thing where she's unsure how much money to pump into it because on the one hand it's easy to surpass what a corporation would be willing to do but for an indie there's no upper limit.

There is one thing she done wrong, she should've update her avatar before she resumed streaming, if she did that, she might retain more viewers, her old, wonky, koikatsu-made is not appealing. But there is also a possibility that Cover blocked her to do anything involving her avatar until she left the company.
Either way, her views are not bad, and after the update she will gain some wievers, also after the update she will start collabing.
