Is she in a publicly known relationship? I feel like it's easier to deal with the feeling if you know she already has a special other. Honestly, the obvious thing here is that you need to drill this into your brain: She doesn't know who you are, she won't ever know who you are, you're just one person amidst thousands of other viewers who have absolutely no chance of ever even becoming a friend of hers. The sooner you lodge this into your brain the faster you'll learn to deal with all of it. I can't say that your love for her will ever genuinely die down (speaking from experience), but hopefully it makes it much more doable to deal with and won't affect you as much as it seems to be right now.

I can relate anon except with Shinect, the conclusion that I came to was that you can keep jerking off to her if you want (in fact, in Nyan's case I think it's encouraged, since she has a lot of porn and it probably helps you picture her farther apart from you as a person), but you need to give yourself constant reality checks.
