Hololive has 1 rule when it comes to applying, be passionate about making content.
Sana did not have that, Ina brought her on when Sana was still more committed to her art career, and all the girls expected the company to just be okay with them doing whatever they like.

A lot of you don't realize this, but the reason why the girls are required to work a minimum 3 streams a week, is to literally pay their managers, artists and riggers.
If the girls don't stream that much, often times the girl isn't making enough money to cover their expenses.

Girls like Sana, who, rarely streamed nor generated significant revenue any other way, were actually costing the company money at a loss by keeping them on
