PPP never owned the character (unless she signed it over when she joined the company for whatever unfathomable reason). She did get the updated model when she joined Tsunderia, so maybe there was some kind of legal shitshow there, but considering both her and Ember have used said updated model since she left I doubt that was the case. Ura has been one of my favourites since I found her just before she redebuted as part of Tsunderia, way back in the earliest days of /wvt/. I ritualposted with her for over a year and I was the first person to start calling her Slugma. Aside from one other chuuba she's probably the closest I've ever come to having an actual oshi.
