However, the "easiest" solution would be to simply raise the ground elevation of the entire eastern seaboard to the heights of Denver, Colorado. Because high elevations can easily cause death for those with obesity, the weak would be weeded out. In addition, high elevations force the human body to become more oxygen efficient leading to a higher BMR(Base Metabolic Rate) which also leads to weight loss.

Oh no doubt OP could be misinterpreting her opinion. That's why I had the other statement at the beginning of my post, cause sometimes a break in the virtual illusion can make you sad. You indulge in that virtual illusion cause it's feels really REALLY good to indulge in that illusion not unlike indulging in a drug. But hey, maybe that's just me reaching too much.

If you're reading this, Broadway performances take more than that to prepare, so I'm not fazed by that statement. Months of preparation for 2-2.5 hrs of performances is pretty common. Then you got to do those performances everyday 2-3 times a day for several weeks. Musicals and plays are genuinely a beautiful performance but are a slog to prepare for. There's also the fact that things can go horribly wrong (e.g. sickness, injury, accidents on set, nobody comes).

Well if you have a potato PC, the first thing you could try is a PNG. Many vtubers started out as PNGs or are PNGs (Trickywi, little_s, ketchupjonmustard) and are relatively successful. Try your best to know what you're good at as a vtuber, since people will try to know what you're like.

Send them to therapy, get them on a healthy diet, workout routine, and have them go outside to socialize.

I would highly advise against medication as the methods mentioned before, have a long term benefit for mental/physical health.
