It's basically a "gift" you can buy for yourself or someone new to mtg so they get a bunch of random cards and a neat looking box to store all your shit in.

I looked over her previous unpacking stream and seems like she only ended up opening 9 packs since a lot of time was spent just chatting, so i guess he changed her plans a bit for this round since she's unlikely to open all 30 packs in a box anyway
