The truth is:
The Rosemi we all know from debut is a fusion >>32977260 of "The Rose" and the human/satan's daughter (both from the ARG), and her lore video at debut is actually the backstory of "The Rose", not the human Rosemi. This explains all these weird abilities we've seen from her since the beginning, AND the conflicting backstories.

At least that's the explanation that makes the most sense.
