There are a number of things needed to be the true "gura killer". A chuuba AT MINIMUM will need everything that gura has/had. For example:
1. Cute recognizable model
2. Cute voice that fits the model/character
3. Cute personality that perfectly fits the model/character
4. Be entertaining - be quick thinking and relatively witty.
5. Avoid all possible yabs/rrats - avoid/ignore all drama like the plague
6. Never stream with men, or at least dont do it if you're planning on inclining
7. Stream consistantly and dont stop til you reach the top.
From my perspective the girl in the OP is lacking a few of these. She'll get pretty big, but nowhere close to Gura.
