I have seen Zen publicly talk about things like this. Her response is just that "Zen is Zen" and that she doesn't address her gender either passively or actively. Like, she never calls herself a woman anymore than she calls herself a tulip. Whether this is all part and parcel of Zen being the best mystery in vtubing along with her paranoia about being doxxed or whatever, Zen has dealt with this for years and I don't think would give much of a shit about Pippa making a joke about it.
