By the way I DO like this design more but this was pre youtube policy change and Delta doesn't want to get her channel killed. So she probably went extra conservative. Considering what we know Guchico can do with Delta's sisters Manami and Aloe it was probably Delta pushing for a safer design.

Suisei's latest outfit was made by one of her artist friends. Outside Hololive, Manami Aizono got a completely different design from Guchico. Maybe Guchico can save IRyS even though Cover failed to save his other holodaughter

I'm happy for him. I just also find it very funny that he basically reused her design for Manami's redesign which honestly also makes me happy since the design was really good and would have been a tragedy to not incorporate somewhere else. Hopefully she saw it and gets some peace of mind she felt really bad about doing that to Ghuchi after all the work her put into it.
