That's the thing that always puzzles me about vtuber companies, the talents ARE the superstars, they ARE the product, they ARE the company. Fucking listen to them, take care of them and cater to them.
But chuubas are petrified at the idea badmouthing their managers, who more often that not are dipshits straight out of college or poached from a 3D idol company or a baseball team or whatever. Even the hololive girls revere their inept managers.

It's like if Taylor Swift's or LeBron James' publicists had more pull backstage than them, it's fucking stupid.
