You don't "play" Koikatsu.
The "gameplay" it's absolutely terrible, it lacks pretty much everything that makes these kind of ero dating sims charming or at least fun to play.

You want Koikatsu for 2 things: The god tier character creator and studio.
You can make the girl of your dreams with some time and patience and you can use studio to make all kind of fun, cool, sexy or dumb screencaps and scenarios.
If you just want to fap Koikatsu has free H-mode which will let you rail girls in many ways possible. If you want to go even beyond you can find scenes to load you in your studio and ramp up the spiciness.
Naturally I'm talking about a fully modded version, the vanilla version even with all DLC it's just a barebones experience compared to the power of mods.
