It doesn't have sliders for anything except height, muscle tone, and a third thing (usually ear or tail length), but there's a ton of hair and face paint options.
Like yeah if you want Aion or BDO then FFXIV is limited, but implying it's anywhere near as limited as WoW is just crazy.
