I don't believe that joining Holo is the move for Mint. Dealing with corpo shit only for couple of big stage events per year does not make much sense.
Depending on her goals joining vshojo is also not her best option, since Gunrun's manner of running his ship even less favorable for traditional idol stuff. Monetarily though, Vshojo is probably her best option, they are excellent at extracting Twitch gooners money.
If she ever decides to truly pursue her idol dream she would have to organize idol unit of her own.
