People are slowly coming to terms that it's over. The golden times are behind us and all we're left with is the realization that we're all idiots and that anon is effectively done with this whole thing. And more than that, the future of /vt/ posting is looking grimmer and grimmer. It's all just rrats and e-thotery in the future, a slow decline into irrelevance and the knowledge that no, there really aren't any good posters out there. They're all the same.

For some this is the first disillusionment and they'll get tricked again, inevitably. But for others this is just the final nail in the coffin of hope and idealism. The cold, solemn and even comforting fact that you as a man always were alone and always will be. There's nothing out there. The ideal is a delusion, it never existed. Posting was the final chance for anons to prove themselves and show us any sort of personality, actual merit and genuine emotion. But they haven't. After a while even the shy wallflower types who had no popularity or friends IRL turned out to be just shitposters who were simply waiting for a chance to be shitposters, and the moment they sucked out enough (you)s and fame out of us - the ultimate jackasses, the posters who genuinely liked them - they stopped pretending to be actual people. Anons have no loyalty whatsoever. /ggg/ schizo clearly doesn't give a fuck about us or streaming or anything of the sort anymore, and the same can be said of the whole of /vt/ (straight up cuckoldry) and deadbeats clearly showcased /morig/ isn't better.

We served our purpose, gave our (you)s, attention and love, and now we are no longer needed or interesting or in any way significant to schizo. We are the mythical, invisible beta bait taker. And who gives a fuck what we think or want. Good posts? Not being a doxxfag? Good OPs? A sense of appreciation and loyalty to the anons that made you who you are? Fuck all that, we are all expendable shit to them. And that's what schizo is signalling, what /morig/ is signalling, and /vt/ and all the rest. Don't believe me? /vt/'s /hlgg/ didn't do Unity and discouraged lewdness immensely. He'd simply ignore coommer's more ecchi comments and so on, and that was fine and good - but then the cucks came, and he's so obviously horny as shit for them it's insane.
