I wanna hear people's thoughts on this, cause a lot's been on my mind since the graduation announcement. With concerns about Bettel following the same path as Magni and Vesper, and lots of sentiment about Magnoir abandoning Holostars/their fans/their guildmates, do you think this effect could be lessened if the workload associated with being a Holostars EN member was a little lighter?

Hear me out. We know it's pretty normal for Hololive talents to have lighter stream schedules, take breaks, etc, to avoid burnout and also to give them time for real life stuff, whether that's roommate activities, friends, family, gym, etc. For some reason, Holostars EN doesn't seem to have that expectation. I'm not sure if it's enforced by management, or just something that the boys choose to do, but they all have really full schedules most weeks, and make constant references to meetings, manager stuff, behind the scenes work, etc. It's clear that being in Holostars EN requires the equivalent of at least a full time job.

The problem is that in order to pass auditions, you have to have proved yourself as a content creator beforehand. As any content creator knows, as soon as you stop making stuff, your audience disappears. It's really rare to take a break, come back, and see the same kind of numbers. So it seems like Holostars EN are in a position where they either have to give up the progress they've made on their own, or try and balance the workload of being a HoloPro talent with the workload of their PL in order to not lose momentum. With that in mind, it's not like I can blame them for not wanting to let go of that safety net, or returning to it altogether.

Do you think if the boys weren't trying to do 5+ streams a week, membership content, meetings, recording vocals/voice packs, etc, that there would be less fear about Bettel or others giving up and returning to their PLs? Should they be expected to sever ties to their past in order to be "all in" on Holostars? I don't think there are any wrong answers here, I just wanna see opinions other than my own. Sorry if this was rambly, I'm a little drunk. Enjoy cute Bettelmaid.
